We offer complimentary shipping via Federal Express on all orders over $150 within the United States. For orders less than $150, there is a flat-rate charge of $10. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs pertaining to returns and exchanges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:
You may return any full-priced Frank Clegg item within 15 days of the date you receive your order, provided the product is not used or worn in any way, and that you have contacted Frank Clegg for a return authorization. All sales of bespoke items including monogrammed products and exotic pieces are considered final. At our sole discretion, Frank Clegg reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the requirements set forth under the terms and conditions of the Returns & Exchanges policy. Please note that unless the return is the result of an error on our part, the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Gifts may be returned in exchange for another item or a gift certificate in the amount of the gift item’s original purchase price. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY:
You may return your product within 15 days of receiving your order. Refunds are applied to unused and full-priced items. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and are issued to the original form of payment method. All promotional and discounted products are non-refundable. For us, bull hides are our choice since we produce larger products and require larger quality cuts. European cattle is among the most sought-after raw stock in the world as a result of their exceptional diet and lifestyle. With the combination of raw hide selection and skilled tannery artisans, the outcome is premium leather that will last for generations to come.

Drum-dyeing is the process of immersing the hides into massive rotating drums for hours on end. This is to ensure full and even penetration of the minerals and natural tannins such as bark, branches, and leaves.

During the finishing process, a fine protective film is applied to the surface which creates a subtle sheen and provides water repellency.

This exceptional leather has a firm, lightly glossy finish that softens with age and use. It turn will develop a unique and cherished patina. Extra fat liqueurs are added during the conditioning process, creating a smooth surface and beautiful appearance that improves with age. These fine leathers do not have any surface finish to protect them, and with care will age over time to become a true heirloom.
